Role Summary

Zenara is hiring a Full Stack Developer to build scalable mobile and web applications for a fast-moving fintech startup. You will own features end-to-end from secure APIs and web interfaces to AI-enabled workflows and ship with confidence in a modern, AI-assisted engineering setting.

What You Will Build
Full stack AI-native mobile and web applications
Scalable backend APIs and microservices
Secure financial data processing systems
Integrations with financial platforms and external APIs
Internal tooling leveraging AI-assisted development workflows

Core Skills Required:

Backend Development
Robust experience with Node.js / Python / Java / Go
Designing and building REST APIs and microservices
Experience with relational or NoSQL databases

Frontend Development
Building up-to-date web applications using React / Next.js / Angular / Vue
Experience with component-based UI development
Integrating frontend applications with APIs

Cloud Engineering
Experience with AWS / Azure / GCP




Familiarity with Docker and containerized deployments
Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and modern deployment workflows

Secure Development
Experience implementing authentication and authorization (OAuth/JWT)
Awareness of secure API development and data protection practices

AI-Assisted & AI-Enabled Development
Fluent with AI coding assistants - GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, Cursor, Claude Code etc.
Experience integrating LLM APIs into product features.
Ability to design AI-enabled workflows - knowledge retrieval, document processing, automation.
Exposure to building AI agents / agentic workflows for multi-step tasks and automation.
Familiarity with agent frameworks such as LangChain, CrewAI, or similar.

What We Look For
