About the Role

PS Collaborations is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Senior Executive – Sales & Operations to support sales growth, coordinate business operations, manage sales activities, and ensure smooth execution of day-to-day commercial processes.

The ideal candidate should have strong communication, coordination, analytical, and relationship-management skills, along with experience in sales operations, trade promotion, or a similar role.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate and support day-to-day sales and operational activities.
- Track sales targets, achievements, and business performance.
- Coordinate with distributors, dealers, channel partners, and internal teams.
- Manage sales orders, inventory coordination, and timely execution.
- Support trade promotions, schemes, offers, and promotional activities.
- Monitor promotional effectiveness and prepare performance reports.
- Maintain accurate sales data, MIS reports, and operational records.
- Analyze sales trends and identify opportunities for business growth.




- Coordinate with logistics and operations teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment.
- Follow up with customers and channel partners regarding orders and payments.
- Support the sales team in achieving monthly and quarterly targets.
- Resolve operational issues and coordinate with relevant departments for timely solutions.
- Prepare regular reports and presentations for management review.

Required Skills

- Good knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.

Preferred Candidate Profile
- 2–5 years of experience in Sales Operations, Trade Promotion, Sales Coordination, FMCG, Retail, Distribution, or related industries.
- Experience working with dealers, distributors, retailers, or channel partners will be an advantage.
- Candidates currently working as Trade Promotion Executive, Sales Operations Executive, Sales Coordinator, Territory Sales Executive, or Senior Executive – Sales & Operations may be considered.
