Key Responsibilities: Manage daily production activities and achieve production targets. Monitor production processes, machine performance and OEE. Troubleshoot process and production-related issues. Reduce rejection, scrap, downtime and cycle time.
Implement
Kaizen, 5S, Poka-Yoke and continuous improvement initiatives. Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, Planning and Stores teams. Ensure adherence to SOPs, safety and quality standards . Manage and guide operators/technicians on the shop floor. Prepare production reports and monitor key production KPIs.
Preferred Profile: Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical / Electrical / Production / Manufacturing Engineering . Relevant experience in manufacturing/production , preferably electrical components, plastic processing or similar industries. Positive knowledge of production processes, quality tools, problem-solving and lean manufacturing .
