Position Overview

Executive / Specialist to lead the complete
product

development
lifecycle—from understanding customer requirements to successful
product
execution and commercialization. The ideal candidate should possess robust technical knowledge of jewellery manufacturing,



excellent client communication skills, and the ability to independently drive multiple
development
projects while coordinating with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities
- Own the complete
product

development
lifecycle from concept to final
product
ion.
- Understand client briefs, technical specifications, design intent, and quality expectations.
- Coordinate with international clients, merchandising, CAD, design,
product
ion, quality, and sourcing teams to ensure timely execution.
- Develop innovative
product
solutions aligned with customer requirements and current market trends.
- Evaluate
product
feasibility, manufacturing processes, costing, and technical viability.
- Prepare and review technical specifications, BOMs,
product
documentation, and
development
timelines.
- Monitor sample
development
, approvals, modifications, and final

ion readiness.
- Ensure
