About the Role

We are looking for a motivated Business Development Executive (BDE) to help us generate new business opportunities for our IT Software Development and IT Staffing Services.

The candidate will be responsible for identifying companies that need software developers, websites, mobile applications, AI solutions, and technical staffing services, contacting decision-makers, understanding their requirements, and converting qualified leads into business opportunities.

This role is suitable for freshers who are confident in communication, willing to make calls, and interested in sales and business development.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify potential companies and decision-makers through LinkedIn, job portals, Google, company websites, and other platforms.
- Find companies currently hiring developers such as Python, React, Java, Full Stack, AI/ML and Mobile Developers.
- Contact HR Managers, Talent Acquisition teams, CTOs, Founders, and Engineering Managers.
- Make outbound calls and send skilled LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and email messages.




- Understand client requirements for software development and IT staffing.
- Generate qualified leads and schedule meetings with potential clients.
- Maintain and update the company's CRM/lead database.
- Follow up regularly with prospects and track opportunities.
- Coordinate with the recruitment/technical team to provide suitable candidate profiles.
- Send candidate profiles to clients based on their requirements.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
- Follow up with clients until the requirement is successfully closed.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
- Meet weekly and monthly lead-generation and business-development targets.
- Prepare basic reports on calls, leads, meetings, proposals, and conversions.
