About the Role

Parakh Jewellers is looking for a skilled, organized, and detail-oriented Computer Operator to join our team in Durg / Bhilai. The ideal candidate should be a graduate with 1–3 years of relevant experience and strong practical knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, email communication, data management, and day-to-day computer operations.

The candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate records, handling data, preparing reports, managing digital documentation, and providing efficient computer-based support to the organization.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform day-to-day computer and data entry operations accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain and update records, databases, spreadsheets, and digital files.
- Prepare, organize, and maintain reports using MS Excel and Google Sheets.
- Handle data entry, data verification, sorting, filtering, and basic data analysis.
- Maintain and update customer, sales, inventory, purchase, and other business-related records as required.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports and summaries.




- Handle qualified email communication, including sending, receiving, organizing, and responding to emails.
- Prepare and manage documents, letters, reports, and other office correspondence.
- Maintain proper digital and physical filing systems.
- Ensure data accuracy, confidentiality, and timely updating of records.
- Coordinate with different departments for collecting and updating required information.
- Assist management and other departments with computer-related administrative tasks.
- Maintain and organize Google Drive and other digital documents.
- Support routine office operations involving computers, printers, scanners, and other office equipment.
- Identify and report basic technical issues and coordinate for resolution when required.
- Perform other computer and administrative duties assigned by management.
