Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound calls and customer emails professionally.
Assist patients with appointment bookings and related queries.
Provide accurate information and resolve customer/patient concerns effectively.
Maintain high standards of customer service and communication quality.
Achieve assigned quality and productivity metrics.
Ensure proper documentation and timely follow-up on customer requests.
Work Schedule
5 working days per week
2 rotational week-offs
Shifts may be rotational as per business requirements.
Eligibility
Freshers are eligible to apply.
Experienced candidates are also welcome.
Immediate joiners preferred.
Positive communication skills in English along with Bengali or Malayalam are mandatory.
