Career Innovation Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a creative, skilled, and experienced Video

Editor & Animator with expertise in video editing, animation, motion graphics, and AI-

based video creation.
Job Details

Position: Video Editor & Animator

Experience: 4–5 years of relevant experience

Location: (Work from Home )

Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Working Days: 6 days a week

Employment Type: Full-Time

Salary: Rs40,000–Rs50,000 per month, based on experience, skills, and WFO/WFH

allocation

Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred

Key Responsibilities & Skills

 Create and edit high-quality videos for social media, digital marketing, promotional

campaigns, and branding.

 Handle video editing, post-production, animation, and motion graphics.

 Create engaging 2D/3D animations and visual effects as required.

 Use AI-based video editing and AI video generation tools to develop innovative

content.

 Ensure strong visual storytelling, transitions, effects, sound design, and pacing.





 Work closely with the creative and marketing teams to understand briefs and deliver

designs/videos as required.

 Maintain consistency with brand guidelines and visual standards.

 Manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver work within deadlines.

 Stay updated with the latest editing, animation, AI tools, and creative trends.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate should be creative, detail-oriented, self-motivated, and technically

proficient, with a solid understanding of video editing, animation, and digital content

creation.
Portfolio / Showreel Requirement – Important

After resume shortlisting, candidates will be required to share their updated

portfolio/showreel before proceeding to the first round of interview.

The portfolio/showreel will be evaluated based on editing quality, animation skills,

creativity, technical expertise, visual storytelling, and overall suitability for the role.
