Job Responsibilities
- Supervise daily bar operations and ensure smooth and efficient service.
- Lead and coordinate the bar service team, including bartenders and F&B; staff.
- Ensure high standards of guest service, product quality, hygiene, and cleanliness.
- Monitor bar stock, inventory, requisitions, and minimize wastage.
- Handle guest queries and complaints professionally and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Ensure proper billing, cash handling, and compliance with bar procedures.
- Coordinate with the kitchen, F&B;, and management teams for smooth operations.
- Train and guide staff on service standards, responsible alcohol service, and company policies.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
