Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Senior Media Manager with 4+ years of experience to lead media planning, campaign execution and performance optimization. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, strategic thinking and the ability to manage media campaigns effectively.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute effective media strategies and campaigns.

Plan, manage and optimize paid media campaigns across relevant platforms.

Manage media budgets and ensure efficient utilization.

Monitor campaign performance, ROI, reach, engagement and conversions.

Analyze campaign data and identify opportunities for optimization.

Drive audience targeting and campaign performance improvements.

Prepare regular media performance reports and insights.





Coordinate with creative, marketing and other internal teams.

Stay updated with media trends, platform changes and industry best practices.

Required Skills

4+ years of experience in Media Planning / Media Buying / Performance Marketing.

Strong understanding of paid media and campaign optimization.

Experience in budget management and performance analysis.

Strong analytical and reporting skills.

Good understanding of audience targeting and campaign strategy.

Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.

Excellent communication and team management skills.
