We’re looking for an experienced People & Talent Lead who can help us build the organization, leadership team, culture, and talent engine required for our next phase of growth.

About the Role

This isn’t a traditional HR role.

You’ll work closely with the promoter and leadership team to build a high-performance organization from the ground up.

Your role will span talent acquisition, organizational development, people strategy, culture, leadership hiring,



employee engagement, and building the systems required to support a rapidly growing business.

You will be responsible for attracting exceptional talent across the organization while creating an environment where ambitious people can grow, take ownership, and build their careers with Jagdish Farshan.

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who enjoys building teams, solving organizational challenges, and working directly with founders and senior leadership.

What You’ll Do

Talent & Leadership Hiring

* Own the overall talent acquisition strategy for the organization.

* Lead hiring across corporate, retail, manufacturing, supply chain, finance, technology, marketing, operations, and other functions.

* Personally drive critical and senior leadership hiring.

* Build strong talent pipelines across Vadodara, Ahmedabad, Mumbai, and other key talent markets.
