Work in a highly regulated payments workplace where data, security, privacy, and data quality are critical to business integrity and compliance.
Be part of the Outpayce Business Information Security Office (BISO), contributing to stronger data governance, data quality, security, and privacy practices.
Collaborate with the Amadeus Data Office (ADO) to ensure alignment with enterprise standards and governance frameworks.
Purpose
Ensure effective governance, quality, and control of data assets across Outpayce.
Act as the primary interface between Outpayce and the Amadeus Data Office (ADO).
Integrate data governance, data quality, security, and privacy requirements to strengthen compliance, audit readiness, and risk management.
Key Accountabilities
Data Governance & ADO Coordination
Represent Outpayce in ADO governance forums and initiatives.
Ensure alignment with enterprise data governance policies and standards.
Coordinate key data governance activities across stakeholders.
Data Asset Governance
Manage the lifecycle of data products and datasets within the data mesh.
Ensure accurate documentation of:
Data classification and sensitivity.
Ownership and accountability.
Data usage and sharing practices.
Oversee data sharing agreements across business units.
Data Quality Management
Define and implement a robust data quality framework.
Identify and monitor Critical Data Elements (CDEs).
Establish data quality controls covering:
Accuracy
Completeness
Consistency
Timeliness
Drive remediation actions and continuous improvement initiatives.
Provide management and audit visibility through quality reporting and insights.
Security & Privacy Integration
Align data governance processes with security and privacy requirements.
