Role Description The Senior Audit Associate role is a full time, hybrid position based in Gurugram, with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements.

The Senior Audit

Associate will lead and execute statutory and financial audits, including planning, fieldwork, testing, and documentation in accordance with applicable standards and regulations.

Responsibilities include reviewing financial statements and supporting schedules, assessing internal controls, identifying control gaps and process improvements, and preparing clear audit reports and working papers. The role involves coordinating with clients’ finance and management teams, resolving audit queries,



and providing insights on compliance with tax, corporate, and regulatory requirements in multi-jurisdictional contexts.

The Senior Audit

Associate will also support junior team members, contribute to knowledge sharing within the firm, and assist in advisory assignments where audit findings inform strategic recommendations.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Financial Statements and Finance, including understanding of accounting standards and regulatory reporting requirements.
- Demonstrated expertise in Auditing and Financial Audits, with experience in planning, executing, and concluding audit engagements.
- Robust Analytical Skills to interpret complex data, evaluate internal controls, and identify risks and process improvement opportunities.
- Professional qualification such as CA, CPA, or equivalent, or advanced progress toward such credentials.
- Experience with statutory audits, internal audits, and compliance reviews, preferably in multi-entity or cross-border environments.
- Proficiency with audit and accounting software, MS Excel, and documentation tools.
- Clear, concise written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with client stakeholders at different levels.
- High level of integrity, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple assignments and deadlines.
- Willingness to work in a hybrid model from Gurugram and collaborate within a diverse, cross-functional team.
