Job Specification – Cell House / Chlor-Alkali OperationsPurpose of the Role To ensure protected, efficient, and cost-effective operation of the Cell House and Brine Plant while maintaining production targets, product quality, environmental compliance, and operational excellence standards. Essential Skills - Cell House and Brine Process Operations - Process Safety Management (PSM) - Operational Excellence & Continuous Improvement - Process Troubleshooting & Problem Solving - Team Leadership & Shift Management - Maintenance Coordination - Production Planning & Quality Control - Cost Optimization & Energy Management - Environmental Compliance - SAP Usage and Data Analysis Desirable Skills - Process Improvement Initiatives (Lean/Six Sigma)
- HAZOP and Risk Assessment Studies - Project Execution & Commissioning - Automation & Digitalization Awareness - CAPEX Planning and Budget Control - Management of Change (MOC) - Root Cause Analysis (RCA) - Contractor Management - Training & Team Development - Advanced SAP Applications Preferred Industrial Background - Chlor-Alkali / Caustic Soda Plant with mandatory Cell House Operations experience. - Candidates from Chemical Manufacturing industries having significant exposure to electrochemical processes, continuous process operations, and process safety management may also be considered.
