Key Responsibilities
- Manage online product listings, including upload, updates, SEO optimization, and visual merchandising across brand platforms (Shopify, Amazon, Flipkart, etc.).
- Monitor inventory levels, track product availability, and coordinate with supply chain teams to prevent stockouts or overstocking.
- Oversee order processing, fulfillment, and returns workflow to ensure timely delivery and high customer satisfaction.
- Plan and execute digital promotional events, discount strategies, and promotional banners in collaboration with marketing.
- Analyze sales data, conversion rates, traffic metrics, and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities and improve UX/UI.
- Coordinate with customer support teams to resolve escalated order or platform issues.

Requirements & Skills
- Proven experience as an E-commerce Executive,



Specialist, or similar online retail role.
- Hands-on proficiency with major e-commerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento) and marketplaces (Amazon, eBay, etc.).
- Robust understanding of e-commerce metrics (conversion rate, AOV, CAC, bounce rate) and Google Analytics.
- Knowledge of basic SEO techniques for product titles, descriptions, and category pages.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets for data analysis and catalog uploads.
- Excellent organizational skills with keen attention to detail and multi-tasking abilities.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
