Role Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated
Middle Office Technical Analyst
to support Investment Operations within the Credit Technology team. The ideal candidate will possess a robust understanding of financial markets, investment operations, and technology, enabling them to bridge business requirements with technical solutions. This role involves collaborating with business stakeholders, analysing operational processes, and supporting technology initiatives across the trade lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business and technology teams to gather, analyse,



and document business requirements.
- Support middle-office investment operations and ensure smooth execution of operational processes.
- Analyze and troubleshoot issues across the trade lifecycle, coordinating with relevant stakeholders for resolution.
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications for technology teams.
- Perform data analysis using SQL to support operational and reporting needs.
- Participate in system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and production support activities.
- Work closely with development teams throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Prepare process documentation, business requirement documents (BRDs), and operational procedures.
- Engage with clients and internal stakeholders to provide updates, gather feedback, and ensure successful project delivery.
- Contribute to continuous process improvement and operational efficiency initiatives.
