We are looking for an Engineer Electrical Execution with hands-on experience in electrical project execution, preferably within Steel Plant/Industrial Projects. The candidate will be responsible for installation, testing, commissioning and handover of electrical works.
Key Responsibilities
Execute electrical works including installation, testing, commissioning and handover at project sites.
Understand and execute electrical works in integrated industrial layouts, preferably Steel Plants/Oil & Gas projects.
Coordinate regularly with Civil, Mechanical and other cross-functional teams for smooth project execution.
Prepare and maintain Daily Project Reports (DPR) and weekly/monthly project updates.
Prepare project schedules and monitor progress against the baseline schedule.
Plan and monitor manpower, materials, tools and electrical equipment required for the project.
Handle and coordinate with multiple subcontractors on a daily basis.
Forecast material requirements and monitor daily material consumption.
Prepare Joint Measurement Reports (JMR)
and coordinate with the billing/accounts team for subcontractor billing.
Conduct material inspection at store inward and ensure materials comply with specifications.
Ensure proper storage and reconciliation of materials at site.
Maintain quality standards and follow applicable electrical standards.
Implement safety practices and 5S at the project site.
Support development and onboarding of new subcontractors.
Coordinate with clients and internal teams for smooth project execution.
Required Qualifications
BE/B.Tech in Electrical Engineering / EEE with 3–4 years of relevant experience, OR
Diploma in Electrical Engineering with 5–7 years of relevant experience.
Required Experience & Skills
Preferably 2+ years of experience in Steel Plant projects.
Solid experience in Electrical Project Execution.
Knowledge of installation, testing and commissioning.
