The Sales Coordinator is responsible for supporting the Sales and Client Servicing functions by managing sales inquiries, coordinating with prospective clients, preparing and maintaining sales information, handling follow-ups, and ensuring smooth communication from inquiry to closure.
The role requires strong coordination, communication, follow-up, and organizational skills. The Sales Coordinator will work closely with the Sales, Client Servicing, Creative, Production, and Management teams to ensure timely movement of leads and opportunities.
Key Responsibilities1. Lead & Inquiry Coordination
- Receive and manage sales inquiries from different channels.
- Record and update all incoming leads in the CRM / lead tracker.
- Collect basic client requirements such as event type, date, location, guest count, budget, and requirements.
- Qualify leads and identify genuine business opportunities.
- Assign or coordinate qualified inquiries with the concerned Client Servicing / Sales person.
- Ensure every inquiry is properly tracked and followed up.

Client & Prospect Communication
- Coordinate with potential clients regarding initial requirements and meeting schedules.
- Make follow-up calls and messages to prospects.
- Share company profile, portfolio, and relevant information with prospects when required.
- Schedule client meetings and calls with the Sales / Client Servicing team.
- Maintain skilled communication with clients throughout the sales process.
- Ensure client requirements are communicated accurately to the concerned team.
3. Sales Follow-Up
- Conduct regular follow-ups on active leads and proposals.
- Track pending responses, meetings, quotations, and client decisions.
- Follow up with clients after meetings and presentations.
- Reconnect with old and inactive leads.
- Maintain a proper follow-up schedule to ensure no sales opportunity is missed.
- Support the Sales / Client Servicing team in moving leads towards closure.
