JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Operate X-BIS screening equipment to detect prohibited items, weapons, dangerous goods, and security threats.
Conduct physical baggage inspection and ETD testing for flagged baggage.
Maintain high TIP (Threat Image Projection) performance and complete mandatory security training.
Ensure compliance with BCAS, DGCA,
and company SOPs.
Perform pre-operational checks of X-BIS, ETD, CT-EDS, and other security equipment.
Report equipment faults, defects, and malfunctions promptly.
Coordinate with CISF, airline staff, and supervisors during inspections and security incidents.
Complete baggage screening within defined TAT/operational timelines.
Maintain accurate screening records and incident documentation.
Follow strict standards of safety, security, discipline, confidentiality, and professionalism.
