Job Summary
Manage and maintain the company's computers, laptops, servers, network, and IT systems.
Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware, software, and operating systems.
Manage routers, switches, Wi-Fi, printers, and other network devices.
Monitor network security, antivirus, firewalls, backups, and user access.
Create and manage user accounts, email accounts, and system permissions.
Provide IT support to employees and resolve technical issues.
Maintain IT assets, software licenses, and system documentation.
Coordinate with IT vendors and service providers when required.
Communicate with customers regarding technical requirements, service requests, and basic IT support when needed.
Support the sales team by identifying potential customers and generating leads.
Follow up with customers and leads when required and share relevant information with the sales team.
Maintain proper records of IT activities, customer requests, and leads.
Ensure the company's IT infrastructure is secure, reliable, and running smoothly.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
