About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Head IT Infrastructure & Networking to take ownership of the organizations IT infrastructure, enterprise networking, data center, cloud, security, and IT operations.

This is a leadership role for someone who can combine robust technical expertise with strategic planning, team leadership, vendor management, and infrastructure transformation.

Key Responsibilities




Lead and manage the overall IT Infrastructure & Network setting.
Design, implement and maintain robust enterprise network architecture.
Manage LAN, WAN, routing, switching, VPN, SD-WAN and network security.
Oversee data centers, servers, storage, virtualization and cloud infrastructure.
Manage platforms such as VMware, Hyper-V, AWS and/or Azure.
Ensure high availability, performance, scalability and security of IT infrastructure.
Lead disaster recovery, backup, business continuity and infrastructure monitoring initiatives.
Drive infrastructure modernization, automation and technology transformation projects.
Manage cybersecurity controls, firewalls, access management and network security.
Lead internal IT teams and ensure effective delivery of infrastructure services.
Manage technology vendors, partners, SLAs, contracts and escalations.
Develop infrastructure budgets, capacity plans and tec
