Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and experienced Security Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising security personnel, ensuring the safety and security of patients, visitors, employees, hospital property, and premises, and maintaining discipline and smooth security operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and monitor the daily activities of security guards and security staff.
- Prepare duty rosters and ensure adequate deployment of security personnel.
- Ensure the safety and security of patients, visitors, employees, doctors, and hospital property.
- Monitor entry and exit points and ensure proper access control.
- Handle security-related incidents, emergencies, and conflicts professionally and promptly.
- Conduct regular rounds and inspections of the hospital premises.
- Ensure security personnel maintain discipline, proper grooming, and qualified behaviour.
- Coordinate with hospital management and department heads regarding security concerns.




- Monitor CCTV surveillance and report any suspicious activity or security breach.
- Assist in managing crowd control, visitor management, and emergency situations.
- Maintain security registers, incident reports, and other required documentation.
- Train and guide security staff on hospital security procedures and emergency protocols.
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies, safety standards, and NABH guidelines.

Qualifications

- Minimum Graduate preferred.
- Prior experience in hospital, commercial, industrial, or institutional security will be preferred.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in security operations, including supervisory experience.
