Role & responsibilities:

- Responsible for Plant security operations, policies, and Functions
- Experience in Control or monitor material movement, gate pass processes, logistics security, and high-value asset protection
- Lead emergency response, crisis management, mock drills, fire, security, and industrial emergencies
- Should follow Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) like Zero major security breaches - Reduction in theft and pilferage incidents - Audit compliance score - CCTV - Security infrastructure uptime - Emergency response readiness - Security budget adherence - Timely closure of investigations
- Proficient in Access Control - Investigations & RCA - Crisis Management -- Contractor Management - Security Audits - Risk Assessment
