Role Description The Search Engine Optimization Manager role at Urbanrise is a full time, on-site position based in Hyderabad. The person in this role will plan and execute SEO strategies to improve organic search visibility and drive qualified traffic to company websites and project pages.

Daily responsibilities include conducting SEO audits, performing keyword research, optimizing on-page elements, and overseeing link-building initiatives. The role also involves monitoring web analytics, preparing performance reports, collaborating with marketing and content teams, and staying updated on search engine algorithm changes and industry best practices.

Qualifications





- Ability to conduct comprehensive SEO Audits and implement technical and on-page optimization improvements.
- Strong skills in Keyword Research to identify relevant search terms and inform content and campaign strategies.
- Experience with Link Building, including ethical off-page optimization and authority-building practices.
- Proficiency in Web Analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Search Console) to track performance, analyze user behavior, and report on KPIs.
- Understanding of Marketing principles, especially digital marketing and content marketing as they relate to SEO.
- Experience with SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz) and basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for on-page optimization.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with marketing, design, and development teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Prior experience in managing SEO for real estate or similar industry sectors is an advantage.
