Job Summary

Lucknow Builders is looking for a well-organized, responsible, and detail-oriented Office Coordinator to manage office administration, Advanced Excel/MIS reporting, documentation, lead follow-ups, client coordination, vendor coordination, and construction-related activities.

Key Responsibilities
Manage daily office administration, documentation, records, and reporting.
Coordinate with management, clients, employees, site teams, vendors, and contractors.
Prepare and maintain Advanced Excel sheets, MIS reports, trackers, and databases.
Maintain accurate records of projects, leads, clients, vendors, materials, expenses, and follow-ups.
Handle lead/enquiry follow-ups through calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
Track lead status, client requirements, follow-up dates, meetings, site visits, and conversions.




Coordinate with clients regarding meetings, quotations, site visits, and project requirements.
Coordinate with site engineers, supervisors, contractors, and vendors for project updates and requirements.
Maintain records of site progress, materials, pending work, and project status.
Follow up on material requirements, quotations, purchases, deliveries, and pending activities.
Handle official calls, emails, WhatsApp communication, and internal coordination.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports as required by management.
Ensure timely follow-up on all leads, clients, vendors, materials, and pending tasks.
