Role & responsibilities
Hands-on experience with NetApp AFF, FAS, ASA, StorageGRID, and Cloud Volumes ONTAP.
Solid knowledge of NAS protocols (NFS and CIFS/SMB), storage encryption, security hardening, data protection, replication technologies, and advanced troubleshooting.
Ability to independently manage complex enterprise storage environments and serve as the highest level of technical escalation.
Experience with storage performance analysis, optimization, and implementing data-at-rest and data-in-transit encryption.
Experience in troubleshooting file access, permissions, ACLs, authentication, name resolution, and performance-related issues.
Expertise in CIFS Server deployment, Active Directory integration, Kerberos authentication, LDAP/NIS integration, and name services.
Experience in storage expansion, migration across clusters, firmware upgrades.
NCDA/NCIE certification is a plus.
Versatile to support 24*7 workplace.
