Job Overview

We are looking for a highly creative and experienced Senior Graphic Designer to join our Digital Marketing team. The ideal candidate will take ownership of visual design initiatives and deliver high-quality, engaging creatives across digital and print platforms.

The role will primarily focus on Graphic Design (70%), with UI/UX Design (30%) for websites and digital platforms. Depending on the candidate’s expertise, the role may also be structured as 100% Graphic Design.

Key Responsibilities
Lead creative projects from concept development to final execution while maintaining brand consistency.
Design engaging creatives for social media, digital campaigns, websites, presentations, brochures, advertisements, and marketing materials.
Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Web teams to understand requirements and deliver effective visual solutions.




Translate marketing strategies and creative briefs into compelling, high-quality designs.
Maintain and strengthen the company’s visual identity across all communication channels.
Contribute to UI/UX design for websites, landing pages, and other digital platforms, where applicable.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.
Take ownership of design quality and continuously improve creative output.
Guide and support junior designers when required.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field.
5+ years of qualified experience in graphic design.
Strong portfolio demonstrating creative, qualified, and marketing-focused design work.
Proficiency in:
Adobe Photoshop
Adobe Illustrator
Adobe InDesign
Working knowledge of Figma or Adobe XD is an advantage.
