Position : Centralized PPC Head (Production Planning & Control)

Reporting To : Head- SCM

Purpose

To lead centralized production planning and control across all manufacturing plants, ensuring

optimum capacity utilisation, material availability, inventory control, and on-time customer

deliveries.

Key Responsibilities

 Develop and monitor monthly, weekly, and daily production plans for all plants.

 Align demand forecasts with production and capacity planning.

 Ensure timely availability of raw materials through effective MRP and procurement

coordination.

 Monitor inventory levels (RM, WIP, FG) and drive inventory optimisation.

 Lead production scheduling and resource balancing across locations.

 Ensure ERP master data accuracy (BOMs, Routings, Lead Times, Planning Parameters).

 Coordinate with Sales, Procurement, Production, Quality, Stores, and Logistics teams.

 Review OTIF delivery performance and implement corrective actions.

 Drive planning process standardisation and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

 Bachelor's Degree in Engineering.

 MBA/PGDM in Operations or Supply Chain (preferred).

 15+ years of experience in PPC/Supply Chain within a manufacturing environment.

 Experience managing planning activities across multiple plants.

Pay: From ₹1,407,983.00 per year
