Operations, Data & Automation Executive

Part-Time | Hybrid | 36 Hours/Week

We’re looking for an Operations, Data & Automation Executive to support daily business operations while using AI and technology to improve processes.

About the Role

You’ll work across customer coordination, data/MIS, orders & reservations, follow-ups, social media, office support, and AI/automation. Advanced programming is not required.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries, feedback, reviews, and complaints.
- Coordinate orders, deliveries, reservations, and follow-ups.
- Maintain business data, MIS reports, dashboards, and KPIs.
- Manage leads, emails, records, and operational systems.
- Support LinkedIn/Instagram, content, and basic research.
- Handle routine administrative and business-support tasks.
- Identify repetitive tasks and improve or automate them using AI/tools.

- Analytical and practical problem-solving skills
- Comfortable working independently
- Genuine interest in AI and automation

Preferred
- ChatGPT/Claude
- n8n
- Advanced Excel/Sheets
- CRM/ERP
- Basic coding/APIs
- SEO/social media
- SOP/process improvement experience.

Education & Experience

1–3 years preferred; strong freshers may be considered.

MBA/BBA or relevant business/management degree preferred, but practical experience may be considered instead.

Working Hours
- WFH:
Wednesday–Sunday | 3:15 AM–7:45 AM
- WFO:
Monday–Saturday | 5:00 PM–7:15 PM

Total:
36 hours/week
