Galaxy Flights is a growing travel industry company providing travel solutions and services to customers. We are looking for a skilled and proactive IT Executive to support our technology needs and ensure smooth IT operations.
Job Summary:
We are seeking an IT Executive who can manage day-to-day IT support, troubleshoot technical issues, maintain systems, and ensure seamless functioning of IT infrastructure across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide technical support to employees for hardware, software, and system-related issues.
Install, configure, and maintain laptops, desktops, printers, and other IT equipment.
Manage user accounts, access controls, and system configurations.
Maintain IT assets, inventory records, and documentation.
Perform software installation, updates, and regular system maintenance.
Coordinate with IT vendors for technical support and services.
Ensure data security and smooth functioning of office systems.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
Knowledge of hardware, networking, Windows OS, and troubleshooting.
Positive understanding of MS Office and IT support tools.
Robust problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Prior experience in the travel industry will be an added advantage.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
