Job Summary

The FEA Teacher is responsible for teaching English communication, digital skills, employability skills, and life skills to students. The teacher creates a positive learning environment, motivates students, and helps them become confident and job-ready.

Key Responsibilities
Teach Spoken English and communication skills.
Conduct classes on employability and life skills.
Prepare lesson plans and classroom activities.
Maintain student attendance and academic records.
Assess students through tests, assignments, and presentations.
Encourage active participation and teamwork.
Provide individual guidance and mentoring to students.
Organize classroom discussions, role plays, and group activities.
Ensure discipline and maintain a positive classroom environment.
Submit reports and complete administrative tasks on time.




Coordinate with the academy team for events and student development activities.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
Valuable command of English and Hindi.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet).
Passion for teaching and mentoring young learners.
