Social Media Script Writing Intern | House of Projects

Remote | Monday to Friday | ₹5,000 to ₹10,000/month | PPO opportunity after 3 months

House of Projects is a business management and consulting firm that works on real-world client projects across social media, content, branding, production, and digital growth . We are looking for a Script Writing Intern who can think beyond just writing scripts and wants to understand how content actually gets produced, edited, and distributed.

What you'll work on

- Research and suggest Reels, short-form videos, and long-form podcast/video topics .
- Develop content ideas based on the client's business, audience, positioning, and current social-media trends.
- Write engaging Reels scripts, hooks, talking points, CTAs, and long-form video/podcast scripts .
- Work with the content strategy team to build monthly content plans and topic pipelines.
- Coordinate with the editor and production team to understand what visual elements, B-roll, text, cuts, subtitles, graphics, or other additions can make the final video stronger.
- Review edited videos against the original script and suggest improvements where required.
- Keep track of trends, formats, hooks, creator content, and new developments across Instagram and YouTube.
- Participate in content discussions with the founder/team and contribute ideas instead of simply executing assigned scripts.
- Maintain organised script documents and ensure scripts are ready before production deadlines.

Who we're looking for
- Strong writing and communication skills.




- Someone who actively watches and understands Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts and podcasts .
- Ability to turn a basic business idea into an interesting content angle.
- Curiosity about social-media strategy, storytelling, creators, branding and audience psychology .
- Willingness to research before writing rather than relying on generic AI-generated content.
- Good understanding of conversational Hindi/English or Hinglish is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of Canva, video editing or content-production workflows is a plus.

Stipend ₹5,000/month for a Script Writing Internship.

If you already have a valuable understanding of social-media strategy + content planning + scriptwriting , we can offer up to ₹10,000/month , depending on your skills and interview performance.

Work structure

- Remote internship
- Monday to Friday
- Work directly with the HOP team on live client projects
- Occasional calls/meetings may be required
- You may occasionally be required to come for a shoot or other official/project work when needed
- PPO opportunity after 3 months based on performance and business requirements.

What you'll learn This isn't just a script-writing role. You'll get exposure to the complete process:

Research → Strategy → Topic Selection → Scripting → Production → Editing → Publishing → Content Analysis

You'll be working on actual client accounts and real commercial content , giving you practical experience in how a content operation works end-to-end.
