CORE CLINICAL SERVICES is a well-known Clinical, Medical and Healthcare Data Management company in India with a robust client base.

For our expansion, we are looking for a Healthcare Operations Assistantwho will work very closely with the teams of Pharma graduates and Doctors to get the desired output.

The primary role of an Operations Lead is to make immediate, direct contributions to enhancing current production management process and get maximum output with best quality. To do this, Operations Lead must perform the following activities:
Operations Lead would work closely with management and understand the expectations.
Allocating work to team and making them adhere to timelines.
Daily, Weekly, Monthly production target management
Shuffling teams between projects based on requirements
Target assignment to team members and tracking them very closely with feedback.
Understanding client requirements, work scope and deliverable requirements




Supporting the management in client reporting and development of deliverables following; Assess-Design-Develop-Deliver-Monitor process in various work modules of the project supporting in project management and coordination etc.

Skills Required:
Solid English communication skills, both oral and written.
Positive knowledge in Ms Office (EXCEL, WORD)
Managing teams and getting work done from them effectively.
Understanding of healthcare processes health programs with attention to detail.
Strong leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills.
Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational abilities.
Willingness and ability to take initiative and learn independently.
Understanding of healthcare compliance regulations (e.g., HIPAA).

Qualifications: Any science graduate/ Management Graduate.

Experience: 6+ months to 1 year in operations management, preferably in healthcare services or working experience in IT Healthcare company.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
