Job Summary

We are looking for a Product Demonstrator who will visit customers at their homes or premises to demonstrate robotic vacuum cleaners, explain product features and perks, understand customer requirements, and assist the sales team in converting enquiries into successful sales.

Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Visit & Product Demonstration
Visit customer premises as per scheduled appointments.
Conduct professional and practical demonstrations of robotic vacuum cleaners.
Explain product features, cleaning modes, navigation technology, app connectivity, charging, maintenance, and other functionalities.
Demonstrate how the product works in the customer's actual environment.
Explain the benefits and suitability of different models based on the customer's requirements.

Sales Support
Understand customer needs and recommend the most suitable product/model.
Answer customer questions related to product performance, usage, pricing, warranty, and features.
Generate interest and support the sales team in converting demonstrations into sales.




Share customer feedback and purchase requirements with the Store/Sales Manager.
Follow up with customers after demonstrations when required.

Customer Experience
Maintain a skilled and courteous relationship with customers.
Ensure the demonstration area and product are handled carefully.
Educate customers on proper product usage, maintenance, and basic troubleshooting.
Address basic customer concerns and coordinate with the service team for technical issues when required.

Demonstration & Product Knowledge
Maintain complete knowledge of all robotic vacuum cleaner models, features, accessories, and key differences.
Keep demonstration equipment clean, charged, functional, and ready for customer visits.
Stay updated on new products, features, offers, and company policies.
Conduct demonstrations in a easy and easy-to-understand manner.
