About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and highly capable Senior Architect / Interior Designer to take ownership of commercial and interior projects from the very first client interaction through to successful project delivery.

This is a client-facing, business-oriented, and execution-focused role. The selected candidate will not only be responsible for design and project execution but will also play an active role in client acquisition, relationship management, requirement understanding, proposal discussions, and sales conversion.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable managing the complete project lifecycle independently and acting as a key point of contact between the client, internal teams, vendors, and site execution teams.

Key ResponsibilitiesClient Handling & Sales
- Handle clients from the initial enquiry and first interaction through project closure and handover.
- Understand client requirements, budgets, business needs,



and project expectations.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, discussions, and site visits.
- Develop robust client relationships and maintain regular communication throughout the project lifecycle.
- Actively participate in converting enquiries into confirmed projects.
- Support business development and sales efforts through effective consultations, presentations, and solution-oriented discussions.
- Prepare and present design concepts, proposals, layouts, material recommendations, and project estimates in coordination with the team.
- Negotiate and coordinate with clients to help drive project closure.

Design & Project Development
- Lead the design process from concept development to detailed design and execution.
- Prepare or oversee space planning, layouts, working drawings, BOQs, specifications, and other project documentation.
- Develop creative, practical, and commercially viable interior solutions
