About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Billing Engineer to independently manage project billing, quantity measurements, contractor/vendor bills and commercial documentation for our architecture, interior and turnkey projects.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and verify RA Bills, contractor bills and client bills.
- Conduct and verify site measurements and quantities against BOQs and drawings.
- Check contractor/vendor bills against BOQ, work orders, rates and actual site progress.
- Prepare measurement sheets, rate analysis, billing abstracts and final bills.
- Track variations, additional works, material consumption and project costs.
- Coordinate with Project Managers, Site Supervisors, Architects, Contractors and Accounts.
- Identify billing discrepancies and ensure timely resolution.
- Maintain records of BOQs, measurements, bills, work orders and approvals.




- Monitor project costs against approved budgets and highlight deviations.
- Support final settlement and reconciliation with contractors and vendors.
- Regularly visit sites for measurement verification and billing coordination.

Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or related field.
- 7–10 years of relevant experience in construction, interiors or turnkey projects.
- Strong knowledge of BOQ, quantity estimation, rate analysis, RA billing and cost control.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and AutoCAD; knowledge of billing/estimation software is an advantage.
- Ability to read architectural, interior and construction drawings.
- Robust numerical, analytical, documentation and coordination skills.
- Ability to independently manage billing across multiple projects/sites.
