Business Development Manager (IT Services)

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate new business opportunities through outbound sales, networking, LinkedIn, referrals, and online bidding platforms.
Build and maintain robust relationships with prospective and existing clients.
Understand client requirements and recommend suitable IT solutions.
Prepare proposals, presentations, quotations, and Statements of Work (SOWs).
Conduct client meetings, product demonstrations, and negotiations.
Collaborate with technical teams to create customized solutions.
Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to contract closure.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Track sales activities using CRM tools.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies.
Participate in conferences, exhibitions, and networking events to generate business prospects.

Required Skills:
Strong B2B sales and business development experience.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Custom Software Development
Web Development
Mobile App Development
UI/UX Design
Cloud Solutions
AI/ML Solutions
ERP/CRM Development
Digital Transformation
Knowledge of sales methodologies and CRM software.
Ability to prepare business proposals and respond to RFPs/RFQs.
Robust analytical and problem-solving skills.
Self-motivated with a target-oriented approach.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
MBA (Marketing/Business Development) is preferred.
3 years of experience in IT sales or business development.

Preferred Experience
Experience in international markets (US, UK, Europe, Australia, Middle East).
Experience with online bidding platforms such as Upwork, Freelancer, Guru, or Clutch.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targ
