Key Responsibilities
- Prepare techno-commercial proposals based on customer requirements, RFQs, and tender documents.
- Review RFQs, technical specifications, engineering drawings, and customer inquiries.
- Prepare proposals for
Cold Rolling Mills, Hot Rolling Mills, Slitting Lines, and other steel processing equipment
.
- Coordinate with Design, Procurement, Production, Project, and Sales teams for proposal preparation.
- Estimate project costs, material requirements, manufacturing hours, and other project-related expenses.
- Prepare detailed cost sheets, BOQs, and pricing calculations.
- Prepare technical deviations, clarifications, and compliance statements.
- Study equipment specifications and understand the technical requirements of
Cold Rolling, Hot Rolling, and Slitting Line projects
.
- Support preparation of technical offers, equipment lists, and scope-of-supply documents.




- Interact with customers for technical discussions and proposal clarifications.
- Maintain proposal documentation, records, and quotation history.
- Support contract review and project handover activities after order receipt.
- Participate in tender submissions, bid evaluations, and commercial negotiations.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure accurate and timely submission of proposals.

Required Skills
- Solid knowledge of
Mechanical Engineering principles and manufacturing processes
.
- Practical experience or understanding of
Cold Rolling Mills, Hot Rolling Mills, Slitting Lines, and steel processing equipment
.
- Experience in preparing
technical and commercial proposals
for industrial machinery/projects.
- Ability to read and interpret
engineering drawings, layouts, specifications, and technical documents
.
- Good understanding of
cost estimation, material estimation, BOQ, and
