Role Description
This is a full-time remote Associate role supporting the development and execution of technology-driven solutions for live events. The Associate will assist in coordinating project tasks, collecting and organizing requirements, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to support product and operational workflows. Responsibilities include documenting processes, preparing reports,
and maintaining accurate records for ongoing initiatives. The role also involves conducting research on industry trends, supporting client communication, and contributing to continuous improvement of digital tools and infrastructure. The Associate will work closely with senior team members to help ensure projects are delivered on time and aligned with company objectives.
