Job Title: Warehouse Manager cum SAP Billing Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and hardworking Warehouse Manager cum SAP Billing Executive to manage day-to-day warehouse activities and handle billing and data entry in SAP.

The person should be able to manage warehouse operations, maintain stock records, prepare bills, and coordinate with customers, transporters, and the office team.

Key Responsibilities

Warehouse Operations

- Manage daily warehouse activities and ensure smooth operations.
- Receive, store and dispatch materials as per instructions.
- Maintain proper stock records and ensure stock accuracy.
- Monitor loading and unloading activities.
- Coordinate with workers, drivers and transporters.
- Ensure proper arrangement and safety of materials in the warehouse.
- Conduct regular physical stock verification.
- Report any shortage, excess, damage or other stock issues to management.
- Ensure proper housekeeping and safety in the warehouse.

SAP & Billing

- Prepare sales/service invoices in SAP as per approved documents.
- Enter billing-related data accurately in SAP.
- Verify customer details, quantities, rates, GST and other invoice details.
- Check delivery documents and supporting documents before billing.
- Maintain billing records and submit reports to the management.




- Coordinate with accounts team regarding billing and invoice corrections.
- Follow up for missing documents required for billing.

Coordination & Reporting

- Coordinate with customers and internal teams for daily operations.
- Prepare daily/weekly warehouse and billing reports.
- Maintain proper documentation of stock, dispatches and invoices.
- Ensure all transactions are entered correctly and on time.
- Follow company procedures and instructions.

Required Skills

- Basic to good knowledge of SAP and billing.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
- Basic understanding of GST and invoice preparation.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Good knowledge of warehouse and inventory management.
- Ability to maintain records accurately.
- Ability to work independently and handle daily operational pressure.

Qualification

- Any Graduate / Diploma.
- Candidates with experience in Warehouse, Logistics, C&F;, Billing or SAP will be preferred.

Preferred Experience

- 25 years of experience in warehouse operations and SAP billing.
- Experience in logistics, C&F;, FMCG, manufacturing, oil & lubricant or similar industries will be an advantage.
