Job Description – Business Development Manager (B2B Market Connect) About the Role We are looking for a dynamic, result-oriented Business Development Manager (B2B Market Connect) to drive corporate partnerships, business development, and client relationship management for Apprenticeship, Skill Development, and Workforce Solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for acquiring new corporate clients, managing key accounts, and expanding our industry network across Maharashtra. Key Responsibilities  Generate new business opportunities through field sales, networking, referrals, and corporate meetings.  Develop and maintain solid relationships with CXOs, HR Heads, Plant Heads, Admin Heads, and key decision makers.  Present and promote Apprenticeship, Skill Development, Staffing, and Workforce Solutions to corporate clients.  Conduct client presentations, prepare proposals, negotiate commercials, and close business deals.  Manage end-to-end client onboarding, account management, and post-sales relationship.  Coordinate with Recruitment, Operations, Compliance, Payroll,



and Finance teams to ensure seamless project execution.  Liaise with Government Departments, Industry Associations, MIDC, DIC, NSDC, MSDE, and other stakeholders to strengthen business partnerships.  Represent the organization at corporate events, HR forums, job fairs, seminars, and networking programs.  Maintain CRM, sales pipeline, MIS reports, and market intelligence to support business growth.  Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and revenue targets. Candidate Profile  Graduate in Business, Marketing, Management, Commerce, HR, or related discipline (MBA preferred).  5–12+ years of experience in B2B Sales, Business Development, Key Account Management, Corporate Relations, or Institutional Sales.  Experience in Skill Development, Apprenticeship, IT/ITES, BPO, Real Estate, Staffing, or HR Consulting industries is mandatory.  Strong understanding of corporate sales and relat
