Role: Warehouse Manager

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Warehouse Manager / Supply Chain professional to oversee warehouse operations, inventory management, material movement, logistics coordination, and supply chain activities. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth, efficient, and cost-effective warehouse and supply chain operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day warehouse operations including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure proper stock control.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate timely replenishment of materials.
- Ensure proper material handling, storage, and identification of goods.
- Coordinate with Purchase, Production, Sales, Accounts, and Logistics teams.
- Plan and monitor inward and outward material movement.
- Supervise warehouse staff and allocate daily responsibilities.
- Conduct regular stock verification and resolve inventory discrepancies.




- Coordinate with transporters and logistics partners for timely deliveries.
- Prepare and maintain warehouse reports, inventory reports, and dispatch records.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and warehouse procedures.
- Identify operational issues and implement process improvements to reduce costs and improve efficiency.
- Maintain proper documentation related to inventory and logistics.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations, or a related field.
- 3–7 years of experience in warehouse, logistics, inventory, or supply chain management.
- Positive Geographical connect
