We are looking for an experienced and well-presented Guest Relations Executive to join our hotel team. The candidate will be responsible for delivering personalized guest service, handling guest requests and concerns, and ensuring a memorable and comfortable stay for all guests.

Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and interact with guests in a warm, courteous, and skilled manner.
- Provide personalized assistance to guests throughout their stay.
- Handle guest enquiries, requests, feedback, and complaints professionally.
- Coordinate with Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B;, Spa, Engineering, and other departments to fulfill guest requirements.
- Follow up with guests to ensure satisfaction and resolve concerns promptly.
- Assist VIP guests and handle special guest requests.
- Maintain good knowledge of hotel facilities, services, restaurants, spa, and activities.
- Promote hotel facilities and services when appropriate.
- Maintain accurate records of guest feedback and requests.
- Ensure smooth communication between guests and relevant hotel departments.
- Maintain excellent grooming,



hygiene, and professional appearance.
- Handle guest concerns with patience and a positive attitude.
- Follow hotel SOPs, service standards, and safety procedures.
- Perform other duties assigned by the Front Office Manager or management.

Requirements
- Minimum 1–3 years of relevant experience in Guest Relations, Front Office, or a similar position in a hotel/resort.
- Experience in a luxury hotel or resort will be an added advantage.
- Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong guest-handling and complaint-resolution skills.
- Pleasant personality with excellent grooming and presentation.
- Good knowledge of hotel operations and guest service standards.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple guest requests.
- Good computer knowledge and familiarity with hotel systems.
