Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Store Manager to lead our retail operations. The ideal candidate will oversee the daily activities of the store, taking ownership of overall performance, sales metrics, and profitability. As a Store Manager, you will be the driving force behind creating an exceptional, welcoming customer experience. You will also be responsible for managing inventory efficiently and fostering a positive, high-performing setting where your team can thrive and grow.

Key Responsibilities
- Drive Sales Performance: Formulate and execute actionable strategies to meet or exceed monthly sales targets while strictly managing store operational budgets.
- Team Leadership: Recruit, train, motivate, and mentor retail staff to build a cohesive, productive, and customer-focused team.
- Customer Experience: Ensure the highest levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service, stepping in to resolve any complex complaints promptly.
- Inventory Management: Monitor daily stock levels,



oversee regular store audits, and implement proactive strategies to significantly reduce shrinkage.
- Visual Merchandising: Maintain outstanding store conditions and ensure all visual merchandising aligns perfectly with corporate brand guidelines.
- Operational Compliance: Ensure all internal protocols, including health, safety, and security policies, are strictly followed by all employees.

Qualifications & Skills
- Experience: Proven and successful track record working as a retail Store Manager or in a similar senior leadership role.
- Leadership: Strong organizational, delegation, and team-building skills with a dedicated focus on employee development.
- Customer Focus: Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities to effectively interact with a diverse customer base.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹42,021.54 per month
