- Provide guidance to teams regarding intricate design issues.

Skills
- Senior developers and architects should possess a deep understanding of various software architecture principles. Additionally, they should have substantial knowledge of RAN domains, specifically Layer 2.
- Experience in feasibility studies and simulation of L2/MAC related features or Packet Scheduler algorithms.
- Should have good understanding of 3GPP protocols like LTE and 5G NR. Should have strong understanding of end-to-end RAN system. Solid understanding of Communications Systems, knowledge of PHY/MAC layers in 4G, 5G.
- Highly skilled in software design, C programming, and C++ programming on General Purpose Processors (GPP) and on Purpose-Built ASIC Architecture.
- Solid understanding of 3GPP radio access standardization of LTE & NR , ORAN split architecture (preferably Radio protocols) , including algorithms and protocols.
- Experience in feasibility studies and simulation of L2/MAC related features or Packet Scheduler algorithms.
- Strong understanding of 3GPP radio access standardization, including algorithms and protocols.
