About the Role

Dashverse seeks an
Associate Program Manager
to drive the planning, coordination, and execution of key content and business initiatives. You will work across teams to translate priorities into structured programs, manage timelines and dependencies,



and ensure seamless execution from planning to delivery. The role requires strong ownership, problem-solving, stakeholder management, and the ability to bring structure to a fast-paced workplace.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan & Execute:
Drive end-to-end execution of programs, timelines, deliverables, and priorities.
- Coordinate:
Work closely with Content, Creative, Production, Product, Growth, and Leadership teams to ensure smooth execution.
- Track & Monitor:
Maintain program trackers, identify risks and bottlenecks, and ensure timely resolution.
- Improve Processes:
Build and improve workflows, systems, and processes to increase efficiency and scalability.
- Drive Accountability:
Establish clear ownership, follow-ups, and operating rhythms across teams.
- Report & Analyse:
Track key metrics, prepare program updates, and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
