Role & responsibilities
- Identify and connect with prospective clients.
- Conduct client meetings and present our services.
- Build long-term relationships with business owners and decision-makers.
- Prepare proposals, negotiate commercial terms, and close new business.
- Coordinate with internal creative and production teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with clients and identify opportunities for upselling and referrals.
- Achieve monthly business development objectives while delivering an exceptional client experience.

Preferred candidate profile
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Robust interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach towards business development.




- Comfortable working with monthly performance goals.
- Knowledge of digital marketing and social media is an advantage.
- Fluency in English and Hindi is required.

Compensation & Benefits
- Monthly CTC: 26,000
- Additional Sales Incentives: Up to 25,000
- Total Monthly Earning Potential: Up to 51,000

The Monthly CTC of 26,000 is structured as per the company's compensation policy and includes applicable

salary components such as fixed pay, HRA, TA/DA, and performance-linked pay.

In addition to your monthly CTC, you will be eligible for attractive sales incentives based on your monthly

business performance.
