Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and technically proficient Formulations R&D; Process Scale-Up Specialist with 35 years of experience to join our energetic team. This role requires a candidate with hands-on expertise in scaling up laboratory processes to industrial production, technical problem-solving capabilities,



and excellent stakeholder engagement skills.

Key Requirements
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in agrochemical formulations manufacturing environments
- A graduate degree in related field
- Strong exposure to contract or job work manufacturing setups of herbicide/insecticide/fungicides
- Good understanding of agro formulation production process of EC, SC, WP, and WG
- Familiarity with plant operations and technology transfer processes along with maintaining records of plant operations
- Ability to prepare and manage plant operation reports, BMR documentation, and site assessment reports
