Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Payroll Executive role based in the Greater Bengaluru Area. The Payroll Executive will manage end-to-end payroll processing, including collecting and validating attendance, salary components, deductions, and incentives. The role involves administering payroll systems, ensuring timely and accurate salary disbursement,



and maintaining compliance with statutory regulations and company policies. The Payroll Executive will coordinate with finance and HR teams to reconcile payroll data, address employee queries, and support audits and reporting requirements. The position also includes maintaining detailed payroll records, contributing to process improvements, and supporting continuous enhancement of payroll efficiency and accuracy.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong skills in Payroll Administration and Payroll Management to handle end-to-end payroll activities effectively.
