We are looking for an experienced Civil Project Manager with strong expertise in civil construction and interior execution. The candidate will be responsible for managing projects from planning to completion, ensuring timely delivery, quality, safety, and cost control.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage complete civil and interior projects from start to handover.
- Plan and monitor project schedules, manpower, materials, and resources.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, vendors, and clients.
- Supervise civil works, finishing, interiors, MEP coordination, and site execution.
- Ensure quality standards, safety compliance, and timely project completion.
- Review drawings, BOQs, estimates, and project requirements.
- Monitor project costs, budgets, billing, and subcontractor performance.
- Resolve site issues and ensure smooth coordination between all teams.

Required Skills:
- Strong experience in civil construction with interior fit-out projects.




- Valuable knowledge of RCC, finishing, flooring, false ceiling, painting, carpentry, and interior works.
- Strong project management, team handling, planning, and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and project management tools.
- Experience handling multiple projects/sites will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
